Every proposal should state the equipment, installation scope, exclusions, warranty responsibilities, and payment terms clearly.
HOW WE HELP
A standard changeout may include a gas or electric furnace, an outdoor air-conditioning unit, and an indoor coil with installation. The final combination depends on the existing system, load, access, fuel source, electrical capacity, ductwork, and rated equipment match. Model numbers and exact inclusions belong in the written proposal.
Additional costs may apply to attic installations, refrigerant line-set replacement, ductwork of any type, filter racks, electrical changes, drainage corrections, and required permits. Identifying these items before work begins reduces surprises and quote disputes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Monarch currently offers direct, in-house financing for eligible installations for up to 12 months. Approval, eligibility, payment schedule, deposit, fees, and complete written terms must be confirmed with the office before work is authorized.
Financing affects payment timing; it does not replace a complete equipment proposal, careful sizing, or a clear total project price.
HOW WE HELP
Before installation, the team confirms access, equipment selection, scope, and any permit or material requirements. Old equipment is removed with care, the new matched components are set and connected, drains and controls are completed, and the system is started and checked. The technician should review basic operation, filter requirements, warranty registration responsibilities, and any remaining recommendations with the customer.
